So, we made it through the first month of 2010, ice and all. As I tried to go to work Friday, in 4WD, I spun on the ice and ended up facing the wrong way on the freeway. Luckily there were no cars around me when it happened. Just scared me a little...I've never had anything like that happen before. It was also a little scary watching all of the idiots in their cars driving past way too fast for the road conditions. However, there were probably 15 - 20 super nice folks who stopped to see if I was ok and if I had someone coming to get me. Unfortunately, when I spun something happened to my truck and it locked up and shut down on me. A couple of great guys that were going the opposite direction pulled across the median to jump my truck when I told them what happened. So I started my truck up, turned around, and went back home.
On a happier note, Austin's ball team is (so far) undefeated. He has an excellent coach this year and has been doing so much better! I have some pics, so I will post them soon.
Riley's still doing gymnastics and will start t-ball soon. Avaree is her usual tornadic self. She generally leaves a path of destruction whereever she is. LOL

You know you're fat when...
your 4 year old daughter looks at you, pokes your tummy, and says "is there another baby in your belly?". Ugh. You also know you're fat when the only clothes you can wear are your maternity clothes. At 161 lbs I weigh more now than I have ever weighed before--excepting my 3 pregnancies. And for one of those I didn't even weigh that much. So, here I am at the beginning of the year, needing to make a huge resolution. Not only to lose weight, but to make a "lifestyle change". I always have the best of intentions, just not the motivation to carry through. I LOVE LOVE LOVE chocolate and almost everything sweet. I think if I had someone that was more supportive and that would help motivate me I could do it. I don't know if I can do it by myself, but I can certainly try. So, here's to the beginning of 2010 and, hopefully, a healthier me.
The New Business
I have been looking for a product that my husband and I could sell--just to get a little extra income. I bought a Scentsy candle warmer a few months ago and absolutely LOVE it, so Scentsy was the first thing that came to mind. My husband is ALWAYS trying to find something to sell, so I thought I could find something we could work on together. I signed up this morning and now I am just waiting on my starter kit. If you would like to visit my website and browse around, go to http:/micheleceal.scentsy.us. Hoping we'll have some luck and things will go well (if you have read one of my other posts you would know I'm pretty pessimistic about things). :)
